In Step 2 every issue you kept in Step 1 is placed on a matrix. The position tells you how much the issue matters to your business and to the world around it, and it drives the priorities in the steps that follow.

The three values

Each issue carries three values from 1 to 10. Business value is the vertical axis, societal value the horizontal axis, and stakeholder value is shown as the size of the dot.

Where the AI places issues

The first placement is a suggestion based on your industry and the answers you gave during onboarding. Nothing is final until you publish the strategy.

Adjust an issue

Drag the dot to a new position, or open the issue and type the values. Add a short note on why. Your changes save automatically.
